*************Club News*********************

New News

Hip hip horay! Its our birthday!

Finally, its been a year since the UnitedKataangEmpire became a club on DA! Since then we've gotten 55 members, thats 4.5 a month!
We've changed from just aq Hierarchy to Avatar character positions! We've stopped stumbling around and showed other clubs we are just as successful as they are. Anyways, lets celebrate our birthday by holding a contest. Your entry can be can be Kataang, just the Gaang, something about the UKE, a banner, a DEVart ID, aq short movie, or an icon, just celebrate!
The celebration starts July 2nd
and ends August 2nd!

Have fun!

Prizes will be dtermined at a later time

The Avatar Returns!

Avatar returns July 14th and continues throughout that entire week to the Finale. We have enjoyed these years as Kataangers/ Kataangians. No matter who wins or loses the war PLEASE be considerate to the Zutarians and other shippers.



New sections

We can have about 50 icons on the front page, so soon we will have to have separate pages for the civilians. So, I have already started prepaing for that.

Affiliates?
In order for the club to have more exposure and more actvity, I think having affiliates, or being added to an affilates list to other clus would bring more traffic to the club.
If anyone has idea about which clubs we could affiliate with plz incude a link or the icon, and we'll get in touch with the ASAP

Also, is anyone against affiliating with the Zutarains. There are many multishippers out there, that might ship zutara and Kataang. We recieved a note from the Katara x Zuko club, but i havent sent a reply until today because of this delima. If anyone is against it, Ill send back a note to the club saying Thanks, but no thanks and ask that we not be added to our list.

And even though I am hesitant to say this, but how does veryone feel about affiliating with the Zutarian Empire?


Submission Overload.
We have recently recieved a number of requests to submit some art into the gallery. Unfourtunatley, I cant do it all right now, so expect all of them to be up in about a month, after the contest.

Alrighty everyone, now Im sure a few (or most of you) have gotten your hands on the new book. KEEP THE SPOILERS TO YOURSELVES PLZ!

The News board has been cleaned up, so only this years' news will displayed. Also, there are new positions. Benders and Civilains: You need to pick your nation and if nessesary a specific position. Also, Civilians in the new positions, you can pick aspecific position if you wish.

Canada and the U.K. are currently ahead of MOST countries in Avatar Episodes, so we ask that you take spoilers elsewhere if you have seen The Western Air Temple, Firebending Masters, or any others.
